Country Racing Victoria will again be conducting an overall Country Fashions on the Field competition throughout the Spring Racing Carnival. However this racing season we are taking this competition to the next level.
The Country’s Best Dressed Racegoer is back again, but in an entirely new format! Now anyone who attends a country race day, Guy AND Girl is eligible to enter!

This year’s competition will feature 5 winners from 3 categories – a Male and Female ‘Judges’ Choice’ winner who will be voted upon by a professional panel of well known judges, a Male and Female ‘People’s choice’ winner, who will be voted on by the public via facebook, and a ‘Country’s Most Creative’ award.
Each of these finalists will win great prizes from our sponsors, including trips a $2,500 wardrobe from Myer and Strickland and Sons, 2 nights’ accommodation at the Melbourne Marriott, and a package of Redken Beauty products and a Wewood Watch.
The winner as selected by the judges choice will also be named ‘Country’s Best Dressed Racegoer 2011/12’. These winner’s will also be the faces of the following season’s ‘Country’s Best Dressed Racegoer’ campaign.
